Polls and petitions
See where your neighbors stand. One vote per person, with the number of units taking part shown beside it.
Hallmates is a private app for the owners of one condo association. See what the board is deciding, report a problem once, and speak up together.
Invite-only. No ads. We never sell your information.
What it does
Built for the people who live there, not for the management company.
See where your neighbors stand. One vote per person, with the number of units taking part shown beside it.
Add a photo, and neighbors tap "This affects me too" instead of filing the same complaint again. Follow it from open to fixed.
Where the fees go, what is in reserve, and any loans the owners are paying for, from the association's own documents.
Bylaws, minutes, insurance. Neighbors back the request, and shared documents open right in the app.
Board meetings with the agenda and a way to join by phone, plus building get-togethers with RSVPs and "bring something" lists.
Sell, give away, lend or ask for things down the hall. No payments in the app, just neighbors arranging a pickup.
A collective voice
Requests to the board are counted by unit, not by person. Once half the units in the building back a request, it is marked as a formal request from the owners, so the board can see how many neighbors are asking.
Request: the 2025 reserve study
Private by design
Your community admin invites each owner and confirms they own a unit before they can see anything.
What you share stays inside your own community. Other buildings see nothing.
No advertising and no tracking tools. We never sell your information.
Choose who can message you and who sees your unit, and delete your account at any time.
Made for everyone
Large text, light and dark mode, big buttons and plain words. It works with screen readers, and every screen has a Help button that reaches a real person.
Hallmates is not run by your association, its board or its management company. Board members are welcome and wear a Board badge. Polls show what owners think; official votes still follow your association's rules.
Any owner can ask. We will help your community admin get started.
