Any owner can ask. Tell us about your association and we will contact you about setting it up. You do not need to be on the board.

What happens next

  1. We contact you

    We email you to learn about your building: how many units, and who would run the community.

  2. We confirm the community admin

    Each community has an admin who sends invitations and keeps it friendly. Before a community opens, we check a document showing that the admin owns a unit there.

  3. Your admin invites neighbors

    The admin adds the units and sends invitations by email or printed letter.

Pricing for associations is not decided, so this page does not mention it. Requests sent from this form are stored on the server, but no one is alerted when one arrives, and there was no way to read them until the admin website (built with this site) added a list for the platform owner.
